Ministries

Knox offers faith formation opportunities for all ages and stages of life. Grow in your love of God and learn how to be the hands and feet of Jesus!

Nursery Care

Our loving, experienced childcare staff nurtures Knox's littlest ones - children ages 4 and under - every Sunday from 8:45 AM to 12:30 PM (9:45–11:30 AM in summer), and during most church events. The Nursery sits right next to the Knox Commons, with comfortable spaces for feeding, changing tables nearby, and a play room for toddlers on the move. New parents can also connect with the Knox Moms Group for regular discussion and casual get-togethers.

Knox Preschool

Knox Preschool provides a warm, supportive environment where each child is inspired to develop their full potential within a framework of respect and responsibility. Serving children from 25 months to 5 years, the school runs September through May with flexible part-day, part-week schedules - morning classes (9–11:30), afternoon classes (12:15–2:45), extended-day options, and a lunch program. Lead teachers hold degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields, and all staff are certified in first aid and CPR.

Children

Children are central to the life of Knox. Kids join Sunday School during the 9am and 11am services (10am in summer), starting worship with their parents before heading to class. Along the way we mark the milestones of a growing faith - Baptism, Communion, receiving a Bible in 4th grade, Confirmation in 8th, and Graduation. Epic567, our program for 5th–7th graders, adds relationship-building, service, and regular gatherings throughout the semester.

Knox Youth Group

KYG balances three things: faith, fellowship, and mission - loving God, building lifelong friendships, and using our gifts to serve others. The group meets Sunday evenings during the school year for everything from games and art mission projects to caroling, retreats, and service events.

Adult Faith Formation

Knox is a congregation of lifelong learners. Join Sunday Bible Study between services on the 1st and 3rd Sundays, topical classes during the 10am hour, or one of our many small groups - Women's Study, Knox Men's Group, Gen X/Y Men's Group, Knox Moms Group, a monthly Film Series, and a Book Group. All are welcome in every class, and childcare is provided for Sunday sessions.

Congregational Care

Caring for one another is a spiritual practice at Knox - we want everyone in our community to know they are seen, loved, and valued. Our pastoral staff offers one-on-one care, visits, and support groups, while congregational care ministries offer prayer, encouragement (Knox Helps Out, Bereavement Ministry, Healing Hands Quilts, card ministry), and support groups like Soul Friends and The Landscape of Grief. There's a place here to be cared for - and to offer care.
